Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Location: Austin, Texas, USA

Compensation: Deferred until funding is secured; equity and token allocation are included and vest after funding.

hirify.global is focused on building OleOle, a football-centered social network, messaging platform, sports super app, and connected football travel and hospitality ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design and evolve product experiences across web, iOS, Android, and tablets.
• Create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, polished UI systems, and interaction patterns for football communities.
• Design core experiences including social feeds, messaging, mobile calls, short-form video, live scores, match experiences, and AI-powered football history and statistics.
• Define and scale a unified design system across interconnected products.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers, including engineers working with Rust-based frameworks, to support high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to product direction and establish long-term design standards.

Requirements

• At least 5–7+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.
• Experience designing high-engagement consumer products such as social media, messaging, video, sports technology, gaming, live content, or entertainment platforms.
• Strong visual, UX, interaction, mobile-first, usability, and user psychology skills.
• Experience building scalable design systems and collaborating closely with engineers and product teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, and Protopie is also requested.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and collaborate on Rust-based web or mobile applications or learn Rust-friendly frontend frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dioxus, Leptos, Yew, Tauri, WebAssembly, WebGL, Bevy, or other Rust-based interface technologies.
• Motion design and animation experience.
• Experience designing social feeds, creator tools, gaming, fintech, or high-traffic products.
• Startup experience and experience building products from zero to one or for millions of users.
• Passion for football.
