Community Intern (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil, with remote-friendly flexibility and occasional in-person meetings when needed

What you will do

• Respond to player questions and follow up to resolve issues.
• Identify player needs and guide users through game features and functionality.
• Track and report product issues.
• Collect, organize, and share player feedback, feature requests, and insights with internal teams.
• Interact with players through public and private social media messages, share updates, and identify relevant trends.
• Contribute to social media content creation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Player- or customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Openness to exploring AI tools for community management and player support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and social media.
• Experience with help desk software or remote support tools.
• Additional language knowledge, including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, or Korean.
• Investigative mindset and interest in identifying patterns and using data to surface insights.
