Community Manager

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid, with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Manage and moderate social media channels to maintain an active and positive brand presence.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate with creative teams to finalize and publish assets.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content implementation across platforms.
• Monitor audience interactions, trends, risks, and opportunities affecting the brand.
• Update social media profiles and support influencer identification and outreach.
• Provide event coverage, analyze audience insights, and support Account Executives with client communications.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through efficiently.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, emerging trends, and social media management tools.
• Intermediate English level; a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
