What you will do

• Provide medical and scientific expertise for safety surveillance and risk management strategies.
• Lead safety science activities for assigned development and marketed products.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure integrated safety oversight.
• Develop Health Hazard Assessments and contribute to regulatory submissions.
• Manage external providers and ensure effective communication flow for outsourced safety activities.
• Participate as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and audits.

Requirements

• Medical degree, preferably with clinical practice experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a safety physician in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
• Proven leadership in global teams and complex safety portfolios.
• Expertise in global PV regulations, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with multiple product modalities including small molecules and biologics.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
