What you will do

• Design and develop low-latency trading systems for the Index Desk.
• Enhance trading capabilities through innovative, scalable, and stable software systems.
• Work directly with traders to identify requirements and deliver functionality through short development cycles.
• Investigate and propose technologies that improve trading-system performance.
• Collaborate with strategy developers, quantitative researchers, software developers, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing software applications or HFT infrastructure.
• Strong experience with object-oriented design and C++ software development in high-performance or high-throughput environments, preferably Linux.
• Thorough understanding of full lifecycle development, performance optimization, and latency reduction methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
