Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York; hybrid schedule requiring office attendance at least four days per week
Salary: $80,000β$100,000 yearly

What you will do
- Support Product Managers by gathering and documenting business needs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data- and AI-enabled products.
- Maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, status updates, release notes, and process documentation.
- Partner with engineering, data, analytics, design, and business teams to clarify requirements and support product delivery.
- Perform structured product testing, verify data and workflow outcomes, document results, and escalate defects or risks.
- Review product usage, data-quality signals, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare product demonstrations and working sessions, capture decisions, and track follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least one year of relevant professional, internship, academic, or project experience in product development, software delivery, data and analytics, AI, business analysis, or a related technical area.
- Foundational knowledge of data concepts and modern technology environments.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow established processes, manage assigned tasks, recognize issues, and escalate roadblocks.
- Interest in responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and accessibility practices.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in media, entertainment, advertising, content operations, or enterprise technology.
- Exposure to generative AI, analytics products, data pipelines, data models, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or SharePoint.
- Ability to translate technical information into concise documentation, presentations, or demonstrations.
