Finance Intern (MBA - Austin, TX)

Location: Austin, TX office; onsite internship. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Complete one or more finance projects supporting executive decision-making on key business issues.
• Support financial analytics and investment decision-making for worldwide operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and new product development organizations.
• Improve process efficiency and scalability across the finance organization.
• Support the company-wide costing council and promote commonality across business segments.
• Help execute business-unit and corporate strategies by contributing to the group's strategic direction.
• Participate in training, social events, and meetings with senior leaders during the 8–10-week internship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA and planning to graduate in 2027.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience using AI and data analytics to improve financial processes.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 4–7 years of prior work experience in Finance or Accounting.
