Finance Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the LaGrange campus, La Grange, Kentucky, United States.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Prepare semi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting packages and review them for completeness and accuracy.
• Process client fee payments, prepare reconciliations, and handle exception-based transactions.
• Prepare monthly client trust account reconciliations.
• Track, research, and resolve transaction exceptions while responding to client reporting and recovery-related requests.
• Help build and improve finance operations workflows and system integrations using AI tools and automation; assist with testing system changes and revised reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments while supporting leadership and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in an accounting or financial analysis role, preferably with significant exposure to financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Excel skills will be assessed during the interview process.
• Curiosity about technology and AI, with an interest in using new tools to improve efficiency and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-management skills, including organizing and prioritizing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, multitasking, and working independently.
• Effective written communication, primarily by email, strong verbal communication with clients and internal customers, and a professional, collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
