Senior Trader - Prediction Markets (Quantitative Trading)

What you will do

• Design and develop complex real-time models that generate fair values for uncertain domains such as weather and event-driven outcomes.
• Identify edge cases, structural pitfalls, modeling risks, and data requirements to improve model robustness and forecasting quality.
• Build model prototypes in Python using Pandas and NumPy, then collaborate with developers to productionize them for trading.
• Monitor, validate, and iterate on production models to improve predictive accuracy and trading performance.
• Evaluate and execute market-taking opportunities based on model insights and prediction-market dynamics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize strategies, improve infrastructure, and scale automated decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of trading concepts, decision science, and probabilistic reasoning.
• Extensive experience with prediction markets, including market structure, pricing mechanics, and liquidity dynamics.
• Proficiency in Python with deep working knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.
• Ability to reason critically about uncertainty, model assumptions, and real-world edge cases.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with traders, developers, and data teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania
