ServiceNow Platform and Security Administrator

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer ServiceNow instances, including user provisioning, roles, ACLs, groups, and delegated administration.
• Configure and maintain security controls such as data policies, encryption, MFA, and SSO integrations.
• Manage upgrades, patching, health checks, performance monitoring, logs, and security events.
• Implement and audit applicable compliance frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Securely manage LDAP/SAML, MID Server, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Partner with developers and architects on secure application design, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and release management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and security configuration.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Knowledge of access controls, vulnerability assessment, compliance, and secure integrations.
• Ability to solve complex problems, lead high-risk projects, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
