Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote across the United States; Houston preferred but not essential

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across a suite of connected products.
• Design experiences for a consumer app, customer platform, field technician tools, and internal systems.
• Lead product discovery, interaction design, visual design, and detailed UI design.
• Translate complex data and machine-learning-powered functionality into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Shape product design strategy and influence decisions across product, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading product design for consumer digital products at scale.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped products and measurable impact.
• Confidence working with ambiguity, especially in AI or data-driven products.
• Strong end-to-end product design, visual design, interaction design, and communication skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to influence decisions across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT, connected devices, or hardware-enabled products.
• Experience designing multi-sided platforms or B2B2C products.
• Experience joining an early-stage startup as one of the first designers.
