C# Developer - Core Trading Technology (Trading)

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and develop business-critical applications for a front-office trading environment.
• Build and maintain highly available trading analysis tools, market and static data feeds, trade monitoring systems, and real-time messaging applications.
• Take projects through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production release.
• Work closely with traders, quantitative analysts, researchers, and software developers to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Improve the capabilities of the Core Trading Technology team and its applications through technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Support team development through collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related discipline.
• 4+ years of C# experience in server-side systems, preferably including multithreading, as well as client-side development.
• Experience with object-oriented design, profiling, user-interface development, and both client- and server-side systems.
• Understanding of web technologies, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with traders, quantitative analysts, and software developers.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and apply software development lifecycle practices, ideally in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• WPF experience.
• React and TypeScript experience.
• Experience running and deploying .NET Core applications on Linux.
• Experience with real-time applications, especially Tibco RV.
