Clinical Registered Dietitian (Women's Health)

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.; an active, unrestricted Registered Dietitian license in at least one U.S. state is required. At least 80% of contracted hours must be scheduled during evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends in the time zone of the active state license.

What you will do

• Analyze patient intake assessments, medical histories, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information.
• Conduct virtual diet, lifestyle, and nutrition education sessions, including relevant guidance on movement, sleep, and stress management.
• Apply nutrition training materials while adapting care to individual patient needs.
• Use motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout ongoing care.
• Collaborate with APRNs and MDs, maintain accurate patient records, and respond to patient inquiries and administrative messages.
• Provide a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative and charting time.

Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered licensure in at least one U.S. state.
• Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a compassionate virtual bedside manner.
• Commitment to evidence-based nutrition care and proficiency with EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, scheduling tools, and text expanders.
• At least 80% of weekly contracted hours must fall within the specified evening, Friday, or weekend scheduling windows.

Nice to have

• One year of experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions.
• Prior telehealth experience.
