Staff, Registered Dietitian (Full Time)

Location: USA — any location, remote. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $70,000 base salary, plus performance bonus and benefits subject to eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide virtual nutrition visits by assessing health status, goals, dietary restrictions, intake, and progress.
• Create personalized nutrition plans, deliver medical nutrition therapy, and provide balanced-diet education.
• Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition plans during follow-up visits.
• Refer patients to internal, external, or community specialists when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal and external healthcare stakeholders to support optimal patient care.
• Complete accurate visit documentation within 24 hours and follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Five active RD licenses are required at the time of hire.
• Active licensure and credentialing in at least one of Washington, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Utah, Nevada, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) or Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) credential.
• Maintain all applicable state RD licenses and hold a master's degree in science or a related health specialty, unless the RD/RDN license was obtained before January 1, 2024.
• At least one year of independent experience as a licensed RD/RDN.
• Strong listening, verbal, written communication, documentation, and virtual rapport-building skills, including use of the ADIME process.
