Registered Dietitian- 1099

Location: USA - Any Location (Remote). Candidates must be U.S.-based and currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: up to $90/hour.

What you will do

• Provide virtual nutrition visits by audio and video.
• Assess health status, goals, dietary restrictions, and dietary intake.
• Create personalized nutrition plans and provide medical nutrition therapy and education.
• Monitor member progress and adjust nutrition plans during follow-up visits.
• Refer members to other specialists and coordinate with internal and external care partners.
• Complete accurate visit documentation within 24 hours and follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and quality standards.

Requirements

• U.S.-based dietitian with an active, unrestricted RD credential in at least one state.
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) or Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) credential.
• Maintain all applicable state RD licenses.
• Master’s degree in science or a related health specialty, unless the RD/RDN license was obtained before January 1, 2024.
• At least one year of independent experience as a licensed RD/RDN.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and ADIME documentation skills, with at least 10 hours of weekly availability.
