Forward Deployed Creative (Generative AI)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; hybrid

Salary: $145K–$205K base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Build end-to-end production workflows from concept to delivery for brand, agency, and entertainment use cases.
• Translate customer briefs into working prototypes that demonstrate creative possibilities.
• Pressure-test new generative image and video models, endpoints, and features.
• Create demo boards for live pitches and partner with Sales on discovery and demo preparation.
• Build and maintain vertical-specific demos, customer boards, templates, and reusable pipelines.
• Document effective techniques and workflows so they can scale across accounts and verticals.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on daily experience using generative AI for image and video.
• Background in brands, agencies, film production, or VFX.
• Portfolio demonstrating taste, craft, and range across mediums.
• Strong prototyping instinct and ability to solve creative problems by building.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales and embedded creatives while translating commercial goals into creative execution.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience at an innovative creative agency or in-house technology or brand lab.
• Hands-on experience building with generative AI APIs or integrating AI tools into production pipelines.
• Public profile as a creator or thought leader in generative AI or emerging technology.
