Associate Linux/Windows Engineer - New Grad

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States. Applicants must be willing to work rotating shifts: 7:00am–4:00pm, 9:00am–6:00pm, or 11:00am–8:00pm.

What you will do

• Help build and manage more than 15,000 servers and 250+ PB of storage supporting critical trading infrastructure.
• Rotate across Windows, Linux, virtualization, storage, and open-source technology areas under the guidance of senior engineers and mentors.
• Build environments, evaluate and create applications, tune performance, and implement automation and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot application, network, hardware, and infrastructure issues with technologists across the organization.
• Test and implement solutions at scale in onsite labs with more than 600 physical and virtual servers.
• Evaluate emerging hardware, container platforms, and high-performance clustered environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical major.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and creative problem solving.
• Strong personal initiative and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work the rotating 7:00am–4:00pm, 9:00am–6:00pm, and 11:00am–8:00pm shifts.
• Visa sponsorship is available.

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, Linux, Windows, computer systems, or networks.
