What you will do
- Lead key financial forecast cycles, ensuring task accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage stakeholders across Operations, Business Units, and FP&A.
- Drive complex projects with direct exposure to senior management.
- Review, monitor, and authorize finance transactions for assigned subgroups.
- Prepare detailed financial models and executive presentations.
- Lead process integration and workstreams for local and regional finance initiatives.
Requirements
- Deep or broad expertise in a specialized finance discipline.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and judgment skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Relocation is not available for this position.
