Trading Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across platforms and environments.
• Build and maintain automation for trading systems, development lifecycle systems, deployments, monitoring, and backup operations.
• Administer cloud infrastructure, production environments, and system health monitoring.
• Improve production resilience and developer productivity while unblocking strategic projects.
• Troubleshoot testing and production issues, including post-deployment incidents, server patching, and downtime resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for the DevOps team and collaborate with production engineers and developers.

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure support, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong scripting skills, such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration tools and exposure to deployment orchestration platforms such as Octopus Deploy.
• Experience with messaging systems, network protocol debugging, enterprise version control platforms such as GitLab, and security models such as RBAC.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with TCP or multicast network protocols.
• Financial trading floor experience; training is provided.
