What you will do

• Design, validate, backtest, and implement statistical and machine learning models for quantitative trading.
• Apply probability theory, statistical analysis, and machine learning to generate alpha signals.
• Analyze large datasets and propose improvements or optimizations to existing strategies.
• Evaluate trading ideas with historical market data and large research clusters.
• Collaborate with systematic traders and technologists to deploy strategies into production.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mathematics, physics, statistics, electrical engineering, computer science, operations research, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expected graduation by Summer 2026.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Programming experience in Python for processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in strategic games or competitive activities, with strong motivation and ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or another low-level programming language.
