FICC Quantitative Researcher, Associate / VP, New York (Systematic Macro)

What you will do

• Build market-making and quoting strategies across fixed-income, currency, credit, and commodity products.
• Develop systematic alpha models using statistical analysis, neural networks, machine learning, and factor models.
• Implement centralized risk-management frameworks and optimize portfolios across FICC asset classes.
• Build scalable model-calibration frameworks for statistical and AI models using large volumes of time-series data.
• Develop pricing, trading, risk, hedging, and market-making tools in collaboration with quant developers and engineering teams.
• Enhance core analytics infrastructure and trading tools for the quantitative trading desk.

Requirements

• Strong academic record in physics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in an object-oriented or functional language such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
