Derivatives Quantitative Researcher (Trading)

Annual base salary: $200,000–$300,000 USD

What you will do

• Apply mathematics, statistics, and machine learning to identify patterns and predict market signals in global derivatives markets.
• Develop and improve profitable predictive trading models and quantitative-driven strategies.
• Build or contribute to fair value models for traded products.
• Analyze derivatives products, exchanges, market mechanisms, and market complexity.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, scientists, hardware and software developers, and market-facing business teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing successful quantitative-driven strategies.
• Strong market expertise in equity options, ADRs, ETFs, or indices.
• Demonstrable experience developing or working with fair value models.
• Deep understanding of derivatives market complexity, product structures, and market mechanisms.
• Strong development skills in Python and/or C++.
• Master’s or PhD degree in applied mathematics, statistics, operations research, machine learning, physics, or a related scientific field.
