Software Developer PHP (Laravel)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain in-house business applications for corporate sales, operations, finance, and other departments.
• Analyze technology gaps, research solutions, and create proofs of concept and prototypes.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to define sprint deliverables and optimize code.
• Integrate platforms through APIs and support existing PHP and Java applications.
• Perform integration testing, debugging, bug fixes, enhancements, and other software maintenance activities.
• Create technical documentation and user guides for developed software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of PHP web development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Laravel and full-time experience with MySQL and/or MSSQL.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with the full SDLC, object-oriented analysis and design, and revision control systems.
• Ability to gather requirements from end users, provide feedback in plain non-technical English, and structure UI/API/database applications.
• At least two years of college-level Computer Science education or similar studies, plus strong communication, organization, documentation, customer service, and time-management skills.
