Software Developer (PHP)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain in-house business applications for sales, operations, finance, and other departments.
• Analyze technology gaps, gather stakeholder requirements, and create proofs of concept and prototypes.
• Define sprint deliverables with project leads and collaborate with developers to design and optimize code.
• Integrate platforms through APIs and develop application user interfaces.
• Perform integration testing, debugging, bug fixes, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance for PHP and Java applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of PHP web development experience and 2+ years with Laravel.
• 2+ years of full-time experience with MySQL and/or MSSQL.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with the full SDLC, object-oriented analysis and design, and revision control systems.
• Ability to structure software projects across UI, API, and database layers and communicate with end users in plain English.
• At least two years of college-level computer science education or similar studies, plus strong documentation, communication, organizational, customer service, and time-management skills.
