What you will do
- Own logistics execution within the assigned subdomain and maintain stable, efficient operations.
- Serve as the operational subject matter expert for collaborative performance and problem solving.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and translate data into actionable insights and measurable performance gains.
- Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions for logistics operations.
- Manage projects end-to-end as a PMO lead, from definition through execution.
- Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead processes, projects, and improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in complex, high-volume environments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across multiple teams.
- Relocation is not available for this role.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP or analytics tools.
- Exposure to automation, digital systems, or AI use cases.
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
