Lead Analyst - Credit Risk Management

What you will do

• Lead the analysis and design of credit strategies and business processes across customer operations, sales, marketing, training, analytics, finance, and legal.
• Translate credit policies into business rules, system logic, and technical requirements for digital and assisted sales flows.
• Design credit decisioning frameworks covering eligibility rules, identity verification, deposit strategies, and account-level controls.
• Use SQL, Python, and Alteryx to analyze credit and fraud risk signals, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Conduct champion/challenger testing, simulations, and scenario analysis to optimize credit strategies and define success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end execution of credit and fraud risk initiatives, including requirements, UAT, deployment, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience may be considered.
• Experience with analytics, credit processes, finance, and business intelligence.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and collaborate with matrixed field and corporate teams.
