Salary: $117,627.86–$176,441.80 per year

What you will do

• Design and operate monitoring and alerting systems for data platforms.
• Build automation for deployment, monitoring, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
• Optimize storage, queries, data flows, latency, and processing performance for large-scale datasets.
• Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
• Plan capacity and scale infrastructure as data volumes grow.
• Document platform architecture and operational procedures while supporting data product design and implementation.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including SRE, DevOps, or data operations engineering.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and database management across NoSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with automation and infrastructure tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and log management tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Programming experience in Python, Go, Java, or Scala, plus strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization, microservices, large-scale distributed systems, data quality, data governance, or ETL pipelines.
