What you will do

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and Tableau dashboards.
• Support ETL workflows and data transformations using SSMS, SSIS, and Visual Studio.
• Build moderately complex reports and optimize queries for reporting performance.
• Deliver reporting across sales, service delivery, billing, revenue, service assurance, and usage metrics.
• Translate business questions into structured queries and visualizations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support production reporting, troubleshoot data issues, and contribute to iterative dashboard improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines for this virtual role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SQL, BI reporting, data validation, and reconciliation across data sources.
• Ability to work with product taxonomy, data mapping, business requirements, and reporting logic.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate with business stakeholders and senior analysts.
