Security Engineer (Agentic AI & Identity)

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States; onsite collaboration is preferred.

Salary: $104,958.81–$157,438.22 annually

What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies, risk-based controls, workload identities, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Design secure identity solutions for users, applications, APIs, workloads, and AI agents across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Build Agent Identity frameworks using Agent IDs, Workload Identity Federation, SPIFFE/SPIRE, service principals, and machine-to-machine authentication.
• Integrate identity controls into Agentic AI solutions using MCP, RAG, A2A communications, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Automate IAM operations with PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead troubleshooting, security reviews, threat modeling, architecture governance, documentation, and operational support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise IAM experience focused on authentication, federation, application onboarding, access management, and identity security.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, workload identities, and risk-based access controls.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, token-based security, and secure application and API architecture.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Agent Identity concepts, including MCP, RAG, A2A, LLMs, Agent SDKs, SPIFFE/SPIRE, SSI, and service principals.
• Experience applying Zero Trust principles and integrating identity services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years of relevant work experience and strong communication, analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
