HRSD Tester (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Test and validate ServiceNow HRSD functionality, including Case Management, HR Services, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
• Support configuration activities and verify workflows, approvals, notifications, and HR process implementations.
• Execute functional, integration, and UAT testing against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, Product Owners, and HR stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Validate integrations with Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, IAM, Payroll, and e-Signature systems.
• Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

• Experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in HR Service Delivery.
• Understanding of HRSD modules such as Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Playbooks, or Agent Workspace.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, forms, UI policies, testing, and defect management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, or IntegrationHub is advantageous.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus; HRSD, CAD, ITIL4, or other ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.
