Skilled Team Member (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot highly technical process and equipment issues.
• Improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Support production, quality, cost, and safety goals.
• Complete training across electrical, PLC, fluid power, and mechanical systems.

Requirements

• Two or more years of industrial hands-on experience or a relevant degree in electricity, hydraulics/pneumatics, PLCs, mechanical drives, CNC operations, or machine tool practices.
• Post-secondary vocational or technical education in fluid power, electricity, electronics, mechanical drives, machining, or engineering is preferred.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, travel as needed, and occasional weekends.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass computer-based technical testing, background screening, and drug screening.
• Successful candidates must complete a 24-month Job Knowledge Program and pass hands-on and floor performance tests for each competency.
