Metrology Algorithm Developer (Computer Vision)

Location: Hwaseong-Lucestar, South Korea. Initial travel for 1–2 months is required, followed by willingness to travel up to 30%. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and support e-beam metrology algorithms for semiconductor measurement systems.
• Integrate algorithms into large systems while considering hardware and software constraints.
• Develop computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms to improve data reliability and measurement success.
• Define software specifications and deliver production code aligned with project milestones.
• Collaborate with applications, systems, physics, software, and qualification groups to address customer requirements.
• Support customer sites through diagnostics, troubleshooting, training, bug fixing, and technical communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with computer vision and image processing algorithms.
• Strong understanding of probability and statistics.
• Strong development skills in MATLAB and Python.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with detection, segmentation, image enhancement, and simulations.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning.
• Understanding of imaging systems and physics.
• Development experience in Java and C/C++.
• Experience in multidisciplinary or matrix organizations and semiconductor environments.
