Associate Therapist (PA) (Telehealth)

Location: Fully remote telehealth from anywhere in Pennsylvania

What you will do

• Provide initial assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Administer and interpret standardized measures such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and C-SSRS during every session.
• Create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans and update them based on patient outcome data.
• Deliver telehealth care through an integrated EHR and outcomes platform.
• Document sessions in real time and connect clinical notes with treatment goals and measurement-based care findings.
• Participate in regular supervision and provide care during scheduled hours without on-call requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program, or an active associate clinical license in Pennsylvania.
• Training or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or MI.
• Interest in measurement-informed care and confidence interpreting symptom scores with patients.
• Comfort providing therapy in virtual settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services from Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Licensure in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Experience with serious mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Interest in using data and technology to improve mental healthcare access.
