Staff .NET Engineer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Architect and implement complex distributed systems powering the behavioral health platform.
• Define technical direction, engineering standards, and roadmaps aligned with long-term product objectives.
• Lead critical technical decisions for large-scale initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Drive cross-organizational technical strategy with directors and executives.
• Mentor engineers and improve code quality and development practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant full-stack development expertise.
• Deep systems design experience with complex, highly scalable distributed applications.
• Expertise in C#, advanced TypeScript, and the .NET Framework or .NET 5+ ecosystem.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue, including state management patterns.
• Ability to design large-scale service architectures and APIs, optimize databases, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• United States citizenship required; eligibility for access to classified Public Trust information is subject to a security investigation.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.
• Python proficiency or working knowledge.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR, EHR integrations, and secure healthcare platforms.
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC 2, or other high-compliance environments.
