Staff Engineer -- Fullstack .NET Developer

What you will do

• Build and maintain a versioned, documented React component library for consumption by multiple product teams.
• Integrate embedded analytics into a host application, including authentication and row-level security pass-through.
• Develop and support C#/.NET Web API and AWS serverless services using infrastructure as code.
• Deliver feature-flagged releases with tested rollback paths and validate parity against a legacy platform.
• Produce handoff documentation enabling engineers to own the work after the engagement ends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and reviewing production software.
• Strong React 18+ and TypeScript experience, including reusable component libraries or SDKs.
• Experience with public API design, peer dependencies, versioning, CSS/SCSS, and themable components.
• Strong C#/.NET, Web API, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and infrastructure-as-code skills.
• Experience with Vitest or React Testing Library and xUnit, NUnit, or close equivalents, with a high coverage standard.
• Experience shipping live user-facing applications to fixed deadlines and joining in-flight programs.

Nice to have

• Experience embedding third-party BI or analytics products such as Power BI Embedded, Tableau Embedding API, Looker, or similar.
• Experience migrating users from legacy platforms where data parity is required.
• Experience publishing internal npm packages with semantic versioning, ESM packaging, type declarations, and private registries.
• Knowledge of OIDC, Okta, JWT validation, token exchange, Snowflake, and row-level security.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
