Senior .NET Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack features and services.
• Identify technical risks and architectural blockers and turn them into concrete solutions.
• Own technical workstreams and align engineering decisions with product and business needs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and improve code quality.
• Introduce engineering practices, tools, and patterns that improve team velocity and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical stakeholders on design and architecture decisions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Deep expertise in C# and object-oriented programming, advanced TypeScript skills, and significant experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
• Proficiency with Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience designing complex backend APIs and services with .NET.
• Strong experience with ORMs and databases such as NHibernate, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience with unit, integration, and UI automation testing, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHR integrations.
