Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build cloud-based applications, microservices, and infrastructure for the hirify.global platform.
• Develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain websites and existing functionality.
• Collaborate on defining, designing, and shipping new features.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize applications for performance, efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.
• Maintain code quality, organization, documentation, and automation.
• Use Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot as primary development tools while helping improve AI-assisted engineering practices without compromising code quality or security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, plus experience with modern architecture patterns, domain-driven design, and event-driven design.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud technologies and experience developing and deploying infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency with Git and experience writing and automating unit and integration tests.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI development tools, including effective prompting, reviewing and correcting AI-generated code, and recognizing when not to rely on AI.
