DDP/Epitaxy Module Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Icheon-Gwango, South Korea. Relocation is not available. Travel required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle in partnership with Sales, Hardware, and Process Development teams.
• Lead technical engagements with semiconductor customers, analyzing fab environments, process nodes, technology roadmaps, manufacturing objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze equipment and process performance using data related to critical dimensions, profiles, defects, yield, process capability, matching, output, and cost of ownership.
• Resolve complex cross-disciplinary tool and process issues and lead continuous improvement projects with sustainable implementation and knowledge capture.
• Drive adoption of new service technologies by presenting technical and economic value propositions supported by evaluations and customer-specific data.
• Influence cross-functional teams and product roadmaps while mentoring engineers and establishing technical best practices.

Requirements

• System-level integration knowledge across semiconductor process modules.
• Deep expert-level knowledge in one or more thin-film process areas, including CVD, ALD, PVD, or epitaxy.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, high-impact customer environments.
• Ability to influence technical and leadership-level decisions through data-driven analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must work in Icheon-Gwango, South Korea; relocation is not available.
