What you will do

• Provide Tier-2 support for the Streaming Hub application, troubleshooting issues involving inventory registration, targeting, and Data components.
• Own the development and maintenance of Data components within the Streaming Hub platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues by analyzing business logic, system architecture, customer workflows, and distributed-system behavior.
• Build automation tools and scripts to reduce manual troubleshooting and improve operational efficiency.
• Debug and optimize backend code, support live events, and participate in incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering, client services, vendors, and project stakeholders on scalable technical solutions and release activities.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional software development or engineering experience; the posting also lists 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in Scala, Python, and/or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems, backend services, data processing platforms, data pipelines, and large-scale architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design, plus cloud experience with AWS or OCI, including AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and Lambda.
• Experience with automation, monitoring, observability, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong Linux, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity fundamentals; willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting customer-facing platforms and translating technical issues into business impact.
• Experience with C++ programming.
