Technical Lead Salesforce Platform

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and related technologies.
• Own complex technical initiatives spanning Salesforce, backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive architecture decisions, engineering best practices, operational excellence, performance, and resilience.
• Translate business and product requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance.
• Integrate AI-powered development tools and automation into the software lifecycle while maintaining security, compliance, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering.
• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience designing and operating large-scale production systems.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Service Platform technologies, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Salesforce Shield.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST and Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, middleware, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Harness integrated with Salesforce, plus application security, compliance, observability, and performance optimization.
• Must have United States work authorization without requiring hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credentials.
• Additional experience leading technical initiatives in enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities safely into enterprise platforms.
