What you will do

• Oversee insurance procurement, administration, and compliance for the global insurance portfolio.
• Analyze operational and emerging risks, mapping exposures to insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with global operational risk teams to evaluate new activities and hypothetical claim scenarios.
• Monitor insurance market and litigation trends to advise on policy enhancements.
• Manage insurance captive operations, including financial performance and regulatory compliance.
• Present insurance terms and underwriting data to global underwriters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business Administration with 3 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in performing data and contractual analysis of underwriting information and insurance policies.
• Proficiency in conducting scenario analysis, including catastrophic and statistical loss modeling.
• Knowledge of global insurance regulatory requirements and restrictions.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for meetings with underwriters and board members.
