Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple build engineering projects and programs from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, project milestones, deliverables, schedules, risks, and action items.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Support automation, digital transformation, and technology deployment initiatives.
• Develop business cases, project proposals, executive presentations, and leadership updates.
• Monitor budgets, resource requirements, performance metrics, and return-on-investment opportunities with finance and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
• Background in automation, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgment, explain sensitive information, and build consensus.
• Must work in Austin, Texas; relocation is not eligible for this role.
