Senior AI Engineer

Location: This role offers remote, onsite, and hybrid work options. Onsite/Hybrid options are available in Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Monterrey, Montevideo, Riga, Rosario, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, and Wroclaw. Remote work is available from Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Georgia, and Poland.

What you will do

• Strategically lead and advise on AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with AI Lab and company objectives.
• Collaborate with client teams to assess business requirements and design tailored AI solutions integrating generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Present recommendations and proposals to current and prospective AI clients, showcasing innovative offerings.
• Lead and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Accelerator projects using advanced cloud integration and generative AI technologies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, fostering continuous learning and disseminating insights to clients and internal groups.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the implementation and leadership of AI/ML projects.
• Practical experience in AI roles such as Consultant or AI Solution Architect.
• Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a business context.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Expertise in Generative AI/LLMs; comfortable working with modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain.
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including setting up model training pipelines, CI/CD, and monitoring ML models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
