What you will do

• Strategically lead and advise on AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with AI Lab and overall company objectives.
• Collaborate with client teams to assess business requirements and design tailored AI solutions using generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps practices.
• Present recommendations and proposals to current and prospective AI clients, showcasing innovative offerings.
• Lead and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Accelerator projects, incorporating advanced cloud integration and generative AI.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements, fostering continuous learning and disseminating insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the implementation and leadership of AI/ML projects.
• Practical experience in AI roles such as Consultant or AI Solution Architect.
• Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a business context.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Expertise in Generative AI/LLMs; comfort working with modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain.
• A solid understanding of MLOps practices, including setting up model training pipelines, CI/CD, and monitoring ML models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
