Senior AI Software Engineer

Location: Gdynia, Poland. Hybrid work with presence in the Gdynia office 3 days a week.

hirify.global develops enterprise technology solutions and is expanding its internal AI roadmap with production-grade AI systems.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI/ML services and applications for enterprise use cases from prototype through production.
• Implement data and ML pipelines covering ingestion, data structures, feature preparation, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Integrate large language models, RAG, and agentic workflows into enterprise applications through APIs and protocols such as MCP.
• Collaborate with AI architects, stakeholders, developers, and subject-matter experts to deliver well-tested solutions.
• Ensure data privacy, security, compliance, responsible AI, explainability, bias mitigation, and auditability.
• Write efficient, documented production code, contribute to code reviews and testing, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Expert-level Python skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience integrating generative AI and large language models into real applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Practical experience with data engineering, model deployment, MLOps, lifecycle management, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Working proficiency with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus experience with Azure or AWS AI services.
• Experience with data pipelines, data lakehouse concepts, APIs, enterprise integrations, testing, CI/CD, containerization, and production software delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic systems and integrating LLMs through MCP or similar protocols.
• Experience delivering AI solutions for operations, sales, or finance use cases.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, vector databases, retrieval systems, or enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
