What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineers in AI-first development methodologies and technical best practices.
• Architect and scale AI-enhanced systems with strong security, performance, observability, and monitoring.
• Integrate chatbot assistants, image-based diagnostics, automated content creation, LLMs, agentic workflows, and autonomous AI systems into production products.
• Design and optimize AI-driven APIs and microservices connecting models, applications, and databases.
• Drive adoption of LLM-augmented development environments and automation frameworks to improve engineering efficiency.
• Balance rapid experimentation with reliable, high-quality software delivery in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years working on AI-powered applications or AI-integrated solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications using models or APIs such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Technical expertise integrating natural language processing, computer vision, and generative models.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, VS Code, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with AI model cost optimization, infrastructure scaling, performance tuning, and mentoring engineers.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or AI research.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or other agentic AI frameworks.
• Conference, research, or industry thought leadership in AI-first development.
• Experience with AI-powered UI/UX and human-computer interaction.
• Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native AI deployments, and AI-assisted testing experience.
