What you will do

• Translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems within manufacturing guidelines.
• Process non-standard customer requests with Product Line Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering.
• Coordinate order shipment status and configuration changes between manufacturing and account teams.
• Communicate customer commitments and status, including source inspections.
• Manage order fulfillment from forecasting and manufacturing slot requests through booking closure and shipment.
• Prepare booking checklists, obtain approvals for inside-lead-time changes, and escalate booking or revenue issues.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and manufacturing business guidelines.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Work location is Santa Clara, California, United States, or Singapore.
