What you will do

• Develop quality assurance criteria with stakeholders to support the claims process.
• Review and monitor quality assurance reviews across commercial and business auto lines.
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Conduct complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls.
• Support state-requested regulatory quality reviews and help identify effective resolutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of commercial auto casualty, cargo, or hazmat claims experience.
• Previous claim-handling experience is acceptable for candidates currently working in an analyst role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses issued by state insurance departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, learn technical and procedural information, and communicate effectively.
• Exposure across multiple claim types is preferred.
