Sr. Analyst, Competitive Intelligence

What you will do

• Monitor competitor strategies, product offerings, pricing, promotions, go-to-market activity, and other developments across internet, mobile, and entertainment markets.
• Track competitor and industry performance, including quarterly results, subscriber trends, financial performance, and operating metrics.
• Assess the impact of competitive, consumer, and macroeconomic factors on market and business performance.
• Translate complex market and competitive information into actionable insights, implications, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence tools, frameworks, and reporting.
• Partner with teams across the organization on competitive questions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant coursework and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, concise findings.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, and research platforms such as surveys and databases.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on variable schedules and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
