Salary: $141,850.78–$212,776.16 annually

What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-enabled product capabilities, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and decision-support features.
• Guide architectural decisions involving AI capabilities, agent frameworks, model integration, evaluation, and reusable engineering patterns.
• Lead technical execution for significant initiatives across multiple projects and products.
• Design software applications, analyze requirements, and customize solutions to improve functionality and user experience.
• Support releases, monitor software performance, and improve reliability through metrics and operational practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers and documenting development activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including AI-enabled applications; relevant experience listed as 7–10 years.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building and deploying production AI, LLM, or agent-based systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, observability, reliability, and operational best practices.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience.
