SDET - Test Engineer

Base compensation: $68,911–$161,544 per year

What you will do

• Perform functional and automated testing throughout Agile sprint cycles.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Test retail and merchandising applications across web, mobile, cloud, and desktop platforms.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, acceptance tests, and defect documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, deployment teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment troubleshooting, production validation, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile functional testing, test automation, and quality engineering.
• Strong retail and merchandising domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Robot Framework, UFT, Java, Python, and API testing.
• Experience testing web, mobile, cloud, and desktop applications.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, software development life cycles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD build and deployment processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and independent coordination skills.
